On-site, remote and in-home computer service for Milwaukee-area homes and small businesses. PC and Mac.
PC Tech Worx helps home users and small businesses fix their computers, secure their networks and run the software behind the business, so they can get back to work.
Homes and one- or two-computer offices are usually fine paying by the visit. Once three or more machines run your business, a flat monthly plan that patches, backs up and watches every one of them is almost always cheaper over a year. We'll tell you which you need, and we don't profit from selling you a new computer.
See how plans workSame tech, same plain English, whether you have one computer at home or forty at the office.
Most shops reset your computer and hand it back with your programs, shortcuts and settings gone. We find what's really wrong and fix that, on-site, in your home or remotely.
Every computer in your business is monitored, patched and backed up every day, support is included, and you talk to Bill, not a ticket queue. Plans are priced per device per month.
Small businesses get the same phishing emails and ransomware as big ones, with none of the IT department. We set up the basics that stop most attacks and the backups that make the rest survivable.
A CRM remembers every customer, quote and follow-up for you. We set one up around how you actually sell, connect it to your phone and email, and automate the boring parts.
Real reviews from real customers.

Darlene H.No shop, on purpose. We come to you anywhere in SE Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, to your office or your home, and fix a lot remotely.
The first consultation is free. You'll know the price before we start. If a repair isn't worth it, we'll say so and help you pick a replacement that doesn't break the bank, because we don't make money selling computers.
No. We don't do shortcut reinstalls. We find the actual cause and fix that, so your desktop, shortcuts, printers and programs stay exactly as you had them.
Break-fix is pay-as-you-go: you call when something's broken. A managed plan is a flat monthly rate per computer that covers monitoring, updates, backups, security and support, so most problems get caught before you notice.
The Milwaukee area and southeastern Wisconsin, including Cudahy, St. Francis, South Milwaukee, Oak Creek, Greenfield, West Allis, Wauwatosa, Franklin, Racine and Kenosha, plus Northern Illinois. Remote support works anywhere.
Turn the computer off, then call us. We'll disconnect it, remove what they installed, change the passwords that matter and check your bank and email accounts with you. It happens to smart people every day; the important part is calling quickly.
It's one place for every customer, quote and follow-up — and it can text a missed caller back on its own, before they call the next guy.
You need one if any of this is your week: calls go to voicemail while you're working and you're returning them at nine at night · quotes go out and nobody follows up · you're the only person who knows what was promised to who · a customer asks “did anyone ever get back to me?” · leads live in your texts, your voicemail, a notebook and your head all at once · somebody calls Saturday and hears the machine.
You don't need one yet if you're one or two people, the calendar is full and nothing is slipping. We'll tell you that instead of selling you something.
PC Tech Worx was founded in 2013 by William "Bill" Duchaine, a lifelong Milwaukee-area resident with more than 25 years of hands-on computer and customer-service experience. Bill services hundreds of home and small-business computers a year, personally.
The rules haven't changed since day one: explain it in plain English, fix the real problem, protect the customer's data, and never profit from pushing a new machine.
